Our dietitian is dedicated to creating a plan that is both realistic and obtainable for clients.
The initial evaluation comprises of learning more about the clients past and present eating and exercise habits, family history that has affected unhealthy nutritional habits, and any goals the client has for their future health. This initial meeting will allow our dietitian to completely understand the needs of the client and to come up with the best plan to reach the clients goals.
